Sharon Powdrill is from Columbia Maryland. Her back ground by profession is in the field of Social Work. She has heart and mind to serve the homeless and elderly population. Encouraging, coaching and assisting them with the challenges that they encounter on a daily basis, helping them to understand that they do not have to stay in their current situtation.

Sharon is also, an Adjunct Facility at the Community College in Columbia. Where she prepares students to develop and understand the basic concepts of sociology and how it applies to our everyday world, “The Real World”.

Sharon is a graduate of Howard University, Washington, D.C. with a Masters Degree in Social Work. An entrepreneur, she and her partner have a business “Touch and Agree Solutions”. She is a Certified Mediator – Facilitates Conflict Resolution, Certified Relationship Specialist and Life Coach.

Tina Randall, is a native of Maryland. She has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from Towson University. She has spent 27 years in Information Technology ranging from IT Helpdesk to Data Security. Her most recently Co-Founded  Touch and Agree Solutions - Mediation Services.

Tina is an active member in her community. She is the one you can count on.
